    MP C3001 Toner issue

    hi
I have a mpc3001 that the machine gave me the sympton of a bad black toner pump..full toner cartridge and still asking 4 toner.
I didnt have a new pump so took one off my parts machine, taking a yellow as i figured little use.
I swapped out pump and let the machine and start up and cycle 3-5 times,no change..i pull out everything and re check
the connector and re install the hose, and still same issue.
So i change the toner setting in black to pixel and shu anything that would give me an idea.
thankst off the toner end display.
I return next day with a 2nd pump, same issue,,,swap the cyan that i know is working as i ran forced toner and cked VT settings etc etc.
    same issue..
vacunmed the inside of toner chamber and hose..
    Anyone have any ideas?
I am about to pull apart my parts machine to see if

RFID problem or bad toner end sensor. Change SP 3045 to 1. If it no longer asks for toner, either the RFID chip on the cartridge is bad or RFID board is bad. If it still asks for toner, replace the toner end sensor.

THANKS I AM going back today with a hose, sensor, toner motor unit and sensor brd.
i did swap a brand new black cartridge and made no difference.
if i do forced toner on black does RFID block toner flow?

Normally, when a new toner cartridge is installed, the RFID board reads the RFID chip on the cartridge to obtain the % remaining, which is stored to memory, and the cartridge serial number. If % remaining is 0 due to a bad chip or board, the MFP says I have no toner. If you then change the SP that I specified, it will tell the MFP to ignore the RFID reading and only use the toner end sensor to determine if there is toner in the cartridge. When the RFID is functioning correctly, every time that toner is added, the % remaining is updated in memory and on the chip on the cartridge.

turns out to be clogged hose packed with hardened toner and cat hair, i am a animal lover but having 6 cats in an office and letting them
sit anywhere they like is beyond my reach.
i swapped a hose and machine was ready in less than 2 mins ..the original pump was bad as there was no toner inside
          now i know.
on a side anyone try to rebuild these,as i see a part on ebat Toner Pump Rubber Pumps

          Parts Nunmber: W523-2110
          that is what goes bad..

Pump and hose should always be replaced together.
