parting out a printer and dont want to miss anything useful..

    greetings
I recently have moved a handful of the ricoh mpc300 machine with low meter where space is an issue.Reading here that the SPC431DN
color printer has parts that can be made to work on the c300 series. With that in mind i picked up a SPC431DN with 10K and removed the drums, fuser,ITU,
the transfer roller, waste unit and toners..
Is there anything else before i toss it?
I dont have any ricoh printers in the field.
    thanks

Anytime I'm parting out a machine, I usually try to capture all the boards and memory/hard drives as well. Those are your most expensive repairs anyway. Check the part numbers on the manufacturer's website or Precision Roller...they usually have a pretty good cross-reference as to what machines those parts will work in.

Word of Caution: MAKE SURE you L A B E L the boxes with the correct part number/machine model!!

....don't ask me how I know.

i printed out a few samples b4 doing anything and copies are mint.
so i pulled all drum units, labeling date and meter count, then ITU,fuser, transfer roller.
i am going to pull the laser unit too and some sensors..
everything i label and wrap to protect..
nothing worse than finding a transfer belt with a big nick from bad packing...
