Ricoh MP 3352 scan issiue

[COPIERMAN]

have receive 3 copiers. When i setup scanning. usually On copier i go into user tools/ admin. tools /address book management add a user and go to folder and start to browse for the network. On this copiers it tells me it fail. If i enter information in the folder authentication and put folder path in will scan to my folder. they have latest firmware. I have had other copiers and they work properly. I know something has been change on copier but i don't know where to go. I have done a 5-801 which is a memory reset on copier. i did print out the sp print mode first so i could reenter settings.

Never do full memory clear.

What happens when you use the address book from the WIM?

Thanks for the suggestions turns out my router had gone bad. Once replace the copier could see my network.

Never do full memory clear.

Ricoh should somehow lock MEMORY ALL CLEAR almost like nuclear launch codes! They have the same catastrophic effect!
