    thanks
Quick update. Checked DUB board fuse (ok). Check powder supply 2 fuse (ok). None of the attention led on the machine turn on. Maybe 5v is not present.

Check for tiny scrap of paper in draw connector blocks-use a touch/phone

Checked. No paper inside connector...machine will show the code even with the drawer open. ( the drawer is always connected to the machine via a retractable cable, similar to a phone cord)

Spoke to customer (to get some type of history on the machine) Previous tech installed a new fuser belt and ran machine. Machine showed a sc 626-01. Tech left and never came back. I was referred to customer. Was told to rebuild the fuser. Noticed the belt that had been installed was for a Pro C907. not the right belt. I found the fuser out side the machine. Took it back to the office and rebuilt it. Came back and installed it.

I have the same problem in a C5100 Pro, there is no problem in fuses, I had a mechanical
problem in the drawer's padlock system, but it shows error sc 626-01, besides with the
service menu in the INPUT OUTPUT option I can not activate nothing that has to do with
the system DRAWER, not even turn on the LEDs, also check the sources of 24 and 5 volts
respectively, perhaps some paper jam sensor is active or malfunctioning? and this
prevents the operation of the DRAWER system, any suggestion in this regard I will
            thank you very much

This thread is about a year old. I would advise that you start a new thread to avoid confusing new information with old. Since you are new here, a bit of advice, many of us do not like grave diggers. You can mine the forum to see if you can find an existing answer to your problem but if the thread is over 6 months old, start a new one. One other thing to avoid, do not end a title with the 5 consecutive letters print. Either upper or lower case. For those of us using computers it causes the thread in print only mode which prevents us from replying
