    [Error Code] MPC3002 SC553 Envelopes

    Hello,

We are getting SC553 when printing envelopes with two different fusers(rebuilt with sleeve & thermistors) only happens when media type is cardstock or envelope is selected for printing thru bypass. Machine will copy envelopes on thick modes with no errors.
I do have another fuser that works fine in the machine? Rechecked all connections etc. on the rebuilt units. Machine does not try to feed the envelope just starts running then pops the code? Any help would be appreciated.
    Best regards

    From the Service Manual:
    1. Defective AC controller board
    2. Defective IOB
    3. Defective IPU

Thanks, problem does not occur with a different fuser in the same machine? We are thinking its an issue with the rebuilt fusers? Thought i my have missed a step?

Did you put the correct sleeve in? There are two different types for 02 range, with different wattages. (Not including the difference between regional voltages).
