Scan to email on mp6054

Dear all.
I have a client who use scan to email on ricoh mp6054 since almost an year currently he face issue using scan to email when he sent scan document to a destination email address machine shows sccaned file status completed but email not recieved by destination. I check the sender email on destop pc delivery failure email recieved in inbox with the message that 'mail rejected due to spam'
Kindly guide me

Most like a setting that the recipient needs to make. Sender needs to be added to the recipients white list. Also could be a setting on the outgoing SMTP server. Check with the provider.

Get the email address the machine is using to send removed from the spam list. You'll have to talk to whoever administrates their email system.
