    WANTED: Tech Bulletin RTB 46

    Replacing Controller board for Ricoh Aficio MP 4002. SM has a note to follow RTB 46 procedures, sadly we don't have access (yet). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

      Sorry but there is no bulletin on replacing the controller board on the MP 4002/5002. The service manual has no such note.

          RTB 46 contains information on how to replace NVRAM on the Controller board does it not? Do you have RTB 46?
