    We are being asked for tier billing by customers on the new o4 range I have had a quick look but has anyone got any info they could let me have that explains how to set it up and what you can adj

          thanks for the reply I contacted the help desk and they passed it to the product specialist who sent me a nice email saying not supported not sure how ricoh are going to compete in the market place if this is there attitude as more and more customers and company's want this.
