so I have bought a couple of these printers (used) have not dealt with the printers versions . could someone tell me how to get into the sevice mode please. and also the top drawers are set to a4 size how can you change them back to letter I have not found anyway thru user tools

With a comment like that you are just lucky I am not the type that likes to hand out red cards. Us old farts don't care for lazy techs that cannot do their own research. Your laziness is the main reason you have 0 rep power and have at least one red card.
