    Does not respond when printing

    Hi how to update software
    ricoh mpc 4500

      Not printing, so what have you done so far? Can you open the WIM page?

          If it's not printing try to update driver definition on computer. If you are using pcl6 , try to change it to rpcs driver.
          The second stip is to clean ram...

              If your updating the driver use the PCL universal, forget the RPCS.

                  Configured using WSD or TCP/IP port? User codes enabled?

                      That's depending on which driver Works great with printer...
                      I've mp3350 works ONLY with rpcs driver 😔
