Please, how can I reset the factory for fax? Second, this code is what is the problem. Second, the error light is red, the lights are on continuously. The flag is that the fax is in standby mode, but it does not respond at all.
Repair the fuser, then reset with the procedure in the service manual.
I don't remember it (because it was way to complicated in the first place), but it's a nearly a 20 year old fax mahcine and I'm sure the manual is readily available -if you try

Thank you for follow up and reply You changed the unit DRAM and reset the factory and solved the problem
