Hi everyone, I have an issue with this unit, another tech was working on it an could not resolve so I have been trying with no luck. 8.5x11 paper will only duplex one copy then jams at the entrance rollers of the duplex.. The paper is z folded at the end coming out of the fuser. It makes a noise like the duplex unit rollers never turn on. If you run 8.5x14 no problem will duplex endless amounts. 8.5x11 will jam either direction or either tray one or two. I have swapped out the whole duplex unit, replaced the one way gears on the duplex unit, tried a new IOB, exit unit and a different fuser. Reseated all connections from the duplex to the frame to the IOB, Updated firmware, I am not really sure what else that is why I am posting. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thx
