MP 4055 fax

just had a customer call in stating that they can receive a multipage fax and at times, another fax will interlace with it, 4 from one fax, 1 from a second, then couple from the first, etc

they said it happens while copying as well, faxes interlace with copy.

i know there is a priority function, but never heard of a fax interlacing with another.

i've not been on site, but was wondering if any of you guys have seen this before
