Good day all, I've got a Ricoh MP 3053 that, when printing from Trays 2 or 3, the path rollers will try continue to try to push the paper up towards the drum after passing them, causing the machine to make a paper crumbling sound and to bend the sheets.
Has anyone seen anything like this before and if so how were you able to correct the issue?
