[Misc] mp2555 freezes up.

mp 2555 all firmware and java up to date. new fax unit and hard drive. freezes up a few times a day during printing, copying, and faxes.
under check status for fax it says substitute reception file exists, but fax memory says 100%. have to power off/on. then prints and or faxes will print out where it left off.

Based on the fact that "Substitute reception file" is usually displayed when power is lost during fax reception, I would say that you are getting power line hits.
