The firmware for a c4501 and c4502 are different.

I have been around for a while with my Xerox DC242 and DC250 and I now have a nice shiny Ricoh MPC-4501 sitting in my kitchen - no reps I'm afraid as I ask and absorb information but can't give out any nuggets LOL

Firmware is available to and should only be installed by a trained Ricoh technician.

I don't suppose anyone has access to the latest firmware for an mpc4501 do they?

I asked Ricoh and got the 'only available to business partners so give me your account number and account managers name' response

Quite a bit out of date, here is the current firmware versions from My-Ricoh: 4502 firmware.pdf

just got this mpc 4502 lease return. it works as it should, supposedly the firmware is up to date but want make sure.
Attached is the firmware list that it showing on the WIM - is here is anything that needs updating ?- thanks
