Ricoh 3045, User Tools lockout

I am working on a Ricoh 3045 and I wanted to change some settings in user tools, the message I got was "you do not have privileges to use this function" , all I wanted to do was to change copier output to internal tray. I have never seen this message, where can I go the service mode to change this, I have looked in the service manual and I have not found the setting to change. Any help would be appreciated.

First try hard power reset and see if you still have issue.

have you tried login in thru the WIM?

You may need to be logged in as the proper Administrator.

Turn off authentication in user tools>system settings>administrator tab

Login as supervisor and password=password, then Turn off authentication in user tools>system settings>administrator tab
