If you have found a generic toner that works, never mix a different toner with it. All toners are not the same and the settings you have already made will not work for both toners. I agree with Zeldaman and Slimslob, clean the mag roller and replace the developer.

You have a filming on the development roller. It is a common problem with all 35/45 and 40/50 ppm models. Not only do you need to replace developer but you need to clean/replace the development roller and thoroughly clean the entire pcu of any and all toner residue to avoid contaminating the new developer.Leave a comment:

Use of both toners (generic, then OEM) killed your developer. Time to change.....

At first light image the problem fixed when i replaced toner hopper and add new toner (not geniuin bua i use this toner with no problem) .
When this bottle ended customer added a geniuin toner and now there is a dark background (no dark lines, opc is new) rihgt after toner replacement. It looks like problem in developer (machine made about 270K copies).
Any idea?
