    pro c5100 df jam 66

    we are getting 66 jam and have tried the bulletin that said remove the pip on the df front cover .
    the paper feeds ok on short edge but jams on A3 /A4 side feed it seems to just stop at the reg area with no damage
    we have changed the re sensors and tested the rest any one had this thanks in advance

    DJ 66 is a registration sensor lag sensor, trail edge leaves the sensor either too early or too late. Sounds a lot like a one way gear slipping. Dirty black reference for the registration sensor can also be a cause. One other thing I have seen once, small grains of sand in the gap at the exit of the slit glass stopping the paper.

        we think we may have fixed it there are some small mylars missing by the cis we have made some up till part arrives but seems to work
