P.bear: it could be that the toner entry hole on the pcdu is partially blocked with that cushion.
So, the copies are fine but at the same time toner is everywhere...

B121. We used D158 originally and had light copy issue.

Then switched to b121 from then and all went well. There are just some out of the whole fleet who behave this way. I am at present aware of 2 boxes that do this.

Our condition is the other side of the scale where it overtones after New toner is installed and only stabilises around 150 copies later.

On the PCDU there is a cussion, where the toner supply unit drops in the toner.
That cussion might loosen and blocks the toner hole.

when its overtoning, are there traces of developer on the page - light black dust that didnt get fused?

It clear after about 150-200 copies....

All parts in the machine are OEM (dev, drum, etc) so that is not an issue.

Have any of you had the same? have you come across a fix for this?

I would appreciate any feedback greatly, as we have one customer that wants to toss their box because they have quite high usage of their machine, so they see this condition very often.
    OEM toner?

what's the life count on the dev unit?
