Ricoh MPC4000 (premature transfer band damage)

Hello friends, I wanted to know if someone had this problem before.
The transfer band is cracked or broken, with these already 3 bands.
The last one has not lasted two months, which was broken again.
    Any help would be grateful.

The image transfer belt needs to be away from the drum units when removing either part.
If not, you will tear the ITB at the rear.
If you want to remove the ITB (or the pcu's) - and before you switch the main switch to off position - make a black and white copy.
That is the best garante not to damage the ITB.

You leave a lot of information out of your request for help. (1) Are you using a Setting Powder on the Transfer Belt when you reinstall the Assy? (2) Are you using a new ITB Cleaning Unit? (3) How many copies were on the ITB the first time it was replaced?

try to check the small plastic bushings that hold the contact rollers behind the belt (two for each roller), I happened on another model that had broken some hooks that prevented it to come out completely
