[Jamming] Savin C230SR jams at exit from internal finisher

Have a Savin C230sr with internal finisher that jams at exit due to paper shifting at exit.
Does anyone know if the exit rollers on the finisher have one way bearings ? The unit has
2 separate driven exit rollers and it jams every other copy. Any help would be appreciated.

i have had this issue at a Af. 3030, long time ago!
Ricoh has solved this for me.
The problem was due to the customer who took away the printouts to quicly; so the mechanism get out of position...
How they re-positioned it, i can't remember anymore...
But maybe this info might help you a bit...
