Ricoh aficio 3045 user tools button locked.

Hi

I have an old Ricoh aficio 3045 that has the user tools button locked, I have no idea how this happened becouse this is my own machine and nobody else uses it, the only thing I can think of is that some time ago I changed the printer board testing other machine. Can somebody tell me how to get acces the user tools button again.

I have had the switch contacts go bad.

I have had the switch contacts go bad.

Thanks I checked and fix the switch contacts, now the button works. Initally I though it was a configuration problem something related with the admin's rights.
