    [Error Code] RICOH PRO 8100 SC 460-01

    Hi guys

    I have this code sc 460-01

    already replaced flat belt transfert - opposite roller - kit 600 k - kit 1200

    run SP 2 234 002

    have you had similar cases ?

      T & S power pack failure!!!!!!!!

      Also there are 2 opposed rollers to change in that ITB unit.

          Yes, the one that opposes the drum, and the one that opposes the PTR.

              Maybe you haven't read it right


              I wrote that I changed already opposite roller and the kit where there is the other roller

                  Could it be a bad contact at the seperation (ptr)?
                  The contact screw loose.
                  Had a simular problem at a Pro C 7100.

                      Completely dismantled the PTR


                      I found under the cleaning roller a clip

                          Try RD179052b if it could help you Sir. else try testing ITB power pack.
                          fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.
