I have problems with MP3010 and SC 54x code.
Machine has about 90.000 copies so its allmost brand new and fusing unit hasn't been refurbished yet. Last week SC541 appeared and i changed termistors and I thought this is it. Today customer called me back and said that the same code appeared. I printed Logging data (SP 5-990-4) and saw that every time SC54x appeared also appeared SC991 and in don't know what to do.
Do you think it would solve the problem if I refurbish fusing unit ?
