Pro 1357 LCIT 5030 strange behavior... Shows A3 in tray 4

Hello... I have a Pro1357 that shows A3 in paper tray 4.. Which is only for A4, it's not possible to introduce A3 paper in that tray... I'm wondering if there is a SP setting or something.... Already checked the sensors and feeler.... This RT5030 earlier was mounted on a PRO 1107 without any problem

Have you checked in the paper tray settings to see if someone has set the size to A3 manually ? I don't know if that's possible, but I would check that first.

Yes.. The settings are ok... The slider inside the tray is set on A4..... The problem is even if i want... It's not possible to set the RT5030 in A3..... But tray 4 is set in A3
