Im writing this post to show you and help everyone (like me) to fix this issue that I was waiting a solution along time ago.
I bought this "REPAIR KIT" for the Duplex who breaks usually and then jams in Duplex ,ussualy to fix this issue you must spent hours to fix this problem and a lot of money , bassicly I bought 3x packs 20 bucks each solve me this issue forever.
3 minutes each repair and you're out of client office.
