2501 with dark bands on back of paper 50mm apart

    [CQ] 2501 with dark bands on back of paper 50mm apart

    during previous efforts to address light copies the following were changed: rebuilt fuser, rebuilt PCDU with new DV tank and roller, HVPS, LSU,& BICU. Firmware was updated. Now the front side density is good but it is laying down dark bands 50mm apart, perpendicular to paper path. Any thoughts?

              I take it for granted that you have also replaced the transfer roller, when they do so I would try another complete pcdu, also used

                  enabled PTR cleaning cycle, which appears to off by default. bands are gone

                      excellent move, on this model has not yet happened to me,i post the sp, maybe someone does not know how to do it or for future references
