I usually come to you for any kind of doubt or problem that I encounter and your comments are very helpful. Almost always everything is said and you just have to read the threads, try a little and voila ... many problems are solved.
However, today, for no apparent reason my D129 generated error code 899-00. In the manual it says only: "Controller board defective, or Software defective". Of course I hope it is not the Controller. I was reading and many threads say that sometimes you can solcuonar with a firmware update.
I would like to try an update of the fw before thinking about the change of controller, but I do not have the way to do it. I've done the process in other models, but I do not have the fwu of this particular model.
I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me, with some other tests I can do, or with the files to update, or any conclusion you know about the issue.
