Ok, by that do you mean it won't load the toner into the developer or you can't get the bottle to fit.
If it won't fit you need to check closely because Ricoh is notorious for having different keying for the toner bottles for their different brands.
Make sure it says it is for Ricoh-Savin-Gestetner-Lanier depending on what you have because they won't interchange even though the powder inside is the same thing.

If the toner wont physically fit into the toner supply unit check the old toner bottle. If the plastic insert from the old bottle is missing it could be still in the supply unit (stuck in the jaws of the bottle chuck), therefore not alowing the the new bottle to load.
A bulletin was just put out about this. Apparently, the nip in the bottle isn't long enough to have the grabbers properly pull it out. New toner bottles will have a better nip...
