hi, look what you have to insist, you may need several rotations back and forth also 5-10 minut, it is the compound developer-toner itself to remove any hardened residues between doctor blade and magnetic cylinder, you have to insist to rotate it back and forth, and anyway it's not to exclude that it does not resolve completely, if I do not come back to regular I replace it, but 20000 prints have worked very littleP.S. I advise against disassembling the development unit, it is not designed for this, the doctor blade is calibrated at the factory and is not adjustable or mautentable, and then if you've never done it you could make the situation worse, insist on rotating back and forth At the limit try to take a thick sheet of paper and stick it on top of the magnetic roller and slide it from side to side, trying not to leave pieces of paper stuck between roller and blade (which you can not see because it is inside) ... good luck

Don't mess with that. It is set at the factory for the right gap. The lines are coming from a dirty LD shield, or the developers need changed. Suggest you let a local tech take a look at it. You are spinning your wheels here trying for an easy self-repair.

says he tried to clean the laser glasses with the blue stick, the stripes are very obvious, hardly would not work, then 20k prints is new in practice, I think they have encrusted the development groups well, maybe even put the shit toner and they use it little (?) if it does not claim that it has 20k prints I would say replace all pcdu and maybe even the belt

Have you ran ACC? Clean optics and run copier ACC first. This will adjust scanning output to match the pattern held in memory. Then run all print ACC. When you enter ACC you might find that there are no current settings for printing. If this is the case you may have one of the machines that clears those settings every time you update firmware so you may have to run ACC after every firmware update.

I have used a card stock to clean under the doctor blade. Sometimes it works and sometimes you just need to replace the developer unit.

There is hardened toner under your yellow doctor blade. Clean under it with something rigid or replace. This will fix your issue.

The proper way to clean a doctor blade is to use a doctor blade cleaning tool. RTB No. RD179077.pdf

Really helped with the doctor blade cleaning tool. Alot of colgged yellow toner/developer came out of the doctor blade.
and the cleaning tool i self made . Image attached and its really simple thou its not as per size but i had to re-try and re-try until i get it perfectly done.

                              Thanks to you all. Cheers

But the doctor blade tool was a fantastic thing to clean the doctor blade.
