The newer a Win 10 computer, the less likely you have of getting SMBv1 to work. When Windows 10 RS3 OS is not cleanly installed, but updated from older OS versions, such as Windows 7 or Windows 10 RS2, the SMBv1 value is inherited from the previous OS version.

The last I checked MP4002/MP5002 were not on the list of models that Ricoh has written SMBv2/v3support firmware.

if you have a problem scanning to windows 10 then you need to get the latest firmware for that copier so you need to make sure you tell who every that this is model and need firmware for it just make sure it is a reliable person you are dealing with. Ricoh dealer is a good source

Set up Scan to FTP.
Your listed firmware is newer than what I can access via the Ricoh Dealer portal as Ricoh Australia has stopped support for this model but I'm pretty sure it won't contain the last batch of SMB firmware.
You COULD get it to work if you enable SMB v.1.0 on the target PC but Scan to FTP using Filezilla is just as good and only take around 15 minutes to set up if you've never done it before.
