it only seems to be creasing a3 prints and copies. cleaned all the feed rollers. pressure roller seems fine. tried it with a fresh ream of paper and still the same. doesnt look as if theres anyfin there to causethis it. seems pretty clean from inside. sounds like its the fuser unit wadurekon? any suggestions? oh and only creases very lightly but visible.1 in every 3 prints it does this.

I have had this on a mpc4500 on A3 colour only check that the transfer roller is set ok if its ok then replace it this seems odd but works if you need to replace the fuser fit the printer verson and swop over the connector on the fuser this fuser comes with a tran roller part no of fuser is 402719Comment

It's worth checking out the orange sponge roller under the fusing belt.
The surface of the roller does tend to soften up and gain a flat spot or two causing issues like this.- Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.
