mpc 3500 creasing A3 full colour only

it only seems to be creasing a3 prints and copies. cleaned all the feed rollers. pressure roller seems fine. tried it with a fresh ream of paper and still the same. doesnt look as if theres anyfin there to causethis it. seems pretty clean from inside. sounds like its the fuser unit wadurekon? any suggestions? oh and only creases very lightly but visible.1 in every 3 prints it does this.

Try decreasing the registration loop a little bit - if that's possible on this machine.

Has the printer layed toner over the crease? What I mean is, does this happen after transfer?

not too sure. these creases are kinda short and not big creases. the tray guides are set correctly. transfer seems fine.

It's worth checking out the orange sponge roller under the fusing belt.
The surface of the roller does tend to soften up and gain a flat spot or two causing issues like this.
