I am trying to install ndd print on a ricoh 3003 printer.
Before the card reader was being recognized and working 100%, overnight it stopped working.
The card reader appears when reading (LEDs flash), but there is no event on the ndd host server (the card code always appears).
Reading the manual they ask to put the vendor ID and product ID of the card reader in the 3003, but the printer does not have the option of
Does anyone know another way to change the vendor and product id other than through the web browser?
This option does not appear in the browser Program/Change USB devices list.

"Register the reader's Vendor ID and Product ID in the deviceBefore plugging the reader in the printer, authenticate as administrator in the Printers WEB Page, access Device Management, Printer Settings, under Settings, click on Program/Change USB devices list.
