    cannot set up copier to scan to folder anyone have some instructions on this.ricoh 2045

    Yes, trade it in for a 2045e or use scan to email or scan router.

      STILL CANNOT GET SCAN TO FOLDER TO WORK ON 2045E OR A 2238C USING VISTA OP SYSTEM.MADE MISTAKE ON MODEL YES IT IS A 2045e

        For Vista, all of the nic and web firmware has to be the latest version.

          Also, I've found that putting the scan folder inside the public folder can save a lot of hassle many times.

            Me too. and in XP I try to always put it in the Shared Documents Folder.
