    MPC3503,MPC3504,MPC3504EX? What is different/new?

    greetings to all...
    hope you are all safe..
I am seeing less 03 series coming back from lease returns but see a lot of 04s and 04ex.
I know toner is the same, are drums? fusers?
    Anything changes?
    thanks

Fusers are different, but we use the 04 PCU in the 03 as they are cheaper!

Dev units will also fit but you have to swap over the TD sensor.

    Feed rollers the same.

Yes, you can enable auto FW update.

Lots of good apps, remote panel operation, customer support tool, scan to folder helper to name a few.

3 was the start of the series. 4 and 4EX are basically follow on models with minor changes here and there. One big change is 3 had a regular panel standard and the smart panel was optional. 4 and 4EX feature only the smart panel.

We use the Cxx04 drums D2392243 for all the Cxx03's and Cxx04's (except 2003/2503/2004/2504).
Difference between 04's and 04ex's is just the "emulated Postscript" i believe.
