    Stapling not aligned Sr5000, Pro1107

    Hello
    I hope you are al healthy

    I'm driving crazy with a finisher Sr5000 on a Pro1107, during jobs with stapling... The staples are not aligned long the sheet as you can see in the attached pic. I tried to lubricate the rails inside, to check everything... But nothing... The problem occurs randomly but it drives me mad... Any ideas??.

      Has the gathering roller in the staple tray been replaced? Are one of the guides the paper drops into bent? The clincher in the stapler being worn can also cause this problem, have you tried a new head?

          Some models use a jogger top fence assembly. Check the stopper pawl and toggle spring. You may also need to check the jogger bottom fence unit and clamp unit.

              I don't think the sr5000 has a gathering roller like the newer finishers there's a reverse roller at the bottom of the Staple stack tray inside finisher also check the big black exit belt

                  I have checked the Pro1107 service manual and SR5000 parts catalog. The SR5000 has a top jogger assembly mounted where the gathering roller assembly would be located.
