Could you help me with information on how programs that collect information from the ricoh, such as general counter, counter per user, toner changes, among others, how these programs can obtain such information? Maybe you can open a port in ricoh where we can access this information remotely or in this case through the programs (DMNX)

Ricoh management software such as Device Manager NX, DMNX Lite and the older Smart Device Manager can use two type of communication with devices. Ricoh propriety protocol to talk to Ricoh machines and SNMP, Simple Network Management Protocol, to query counters on other printing equipment.
