    That is not the complete SMC report. If definitely is not the maintenance counter portion of the SMC logging data.

        Thanks for your assistance, the machine seems to work fine now. I had to remove out the whole drum unit, transfer belt, second transfer I found out the metal teeth which it has was bend I had to straight it.
