Had a machine throwing SC541-01 (Thermoplie (Center) Disconnection) errors immediately on startup. Ran through all the troubleshooting steps listed in the service manual with no luck. Ultimately ended up being the PCB:IOB:Transport (D0BQ5127) causing the error. I hope you never have this problem, but if you do maybe this will help.
