Can anyone tell me what the minimum firmware levels must be for smb v2/v3 scanning? Also is it possible to attain the right firmware files to update this myself or will I need to contact my service company?
If your not a ricoh tech, I would recommend contacting your local ricoh dealer and work with them on installing the proper firmware you need. If firmware update is not done correctly, you can brink your machine.

These are the minimum levels for SMB2/3, and they all must be updated together.

All you need is an SD card around 4gb it is a simple process you can do yourself.
