    Hallo,

Can you print off a PM counter list and upload it please?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

        Hello again,

That's the commissioning status, not the PM counter. When you first go into SP modes, there's an option that says something like "PM Counter / Manual New Unit Set" on the same page as System SP, Printer SP etc. Go to "counterlist printout" in there and upload that one please.

With the banding affecting all colours could be ITB, PTR or fuser, but we'll see when you upload that file.

On the Commissioning report I am seeing a lot of 0 remaining item that are showing as having been replaced. To me that indicates a production machine that is being highly under used and doing a lot of very small jobs for a production machine. I have a feeling that your toner consumption is higher than what is specified in the Product Support Guide and you are using a lot of waste toner bottles.

My client has a small printing company and does not make a large number of copies, he has a very good print quality in full lengths and photographs, but these marks come out in half tones, I don't know the causes.

                Have you tried running DEMS?

                Execute DEMS (SP3-040-001)

                When the gap between development
roller and OPC drum changes, color
inconsistency will occur due to changes
in toner adhesion. CH-C1 Pro supports
                DEMS

Your firmware is a little out of date, not that would really help your issue but might be worth a try loading the latest package.

Are your test prints off the engine or the fiery? i ask because i had a similar banding issue with a customer running a gray background you could see a magenta band it it ended up being a setting in the fiery that was causing the issue.

Run the DEMS as mentioned before Check the ITB belt guide mylar, it gets toner build up.

Almost looks like your getting shock or jitter. lots can cause that especially in the fusing and transfer area. Especially if running a coated or thicker paper.

This is a Shock jitter, difference in the rotation speed of the ITB motor and Registration motor. Read RTB No.: RD137039a.

You can't attach that RTB? Either that or provide the corresponding TSB number used by Ricoh-USA?
