That 'delivery option' is under file transfer I believe.
I can't believe this old, dead and buried, long forgotten (and not missed), software has yet again so rudely re-emerged right before the New year!Leave a comment:

I walked down that road many times, where ScanRouter had been removed.Leave a comment:

"Delivery Option" needs to be turned 'OFF' in user tools.
Also check SP 5845-005 Capture Server IP Address. It will contain the IP address that was set when ScanRouter was installed.Leave a comment:

Can't they just uninstall the program? Ancient technology.Leave a comment:

Ricoh MP 6500 ScanRouter
My customer's IT is trying to disable scans to the ScanRouter. He has configured the scan to folder and disabled the ScanRouter but the copier is not recognizing that the ScanRouter has been disabled and continues to point to that server. Any ideas on how he can force it to use the local configuration? My understanding is that the servers that are currently using the ScanRouter are being retied soon and they are wanting to get the scans to the new server.
