A3260 Printer missing
This machine has been imported from US while ago with Fiery E7000, and It hasent been in use since. Now I have instaled a Printer/Scaner SD Card Option instead E7000, but machine does not "see" the Printer. I have reasembled and checked all boards and conections, everything it seems to be OK, But,...Any Ideas...

I dont see a 5985 in the manual but check it out anyway, it turns on the nic and usb.sigpic

Did you add the additional memory DIMM to the controller? Without the additional memory the printer will not work. Adding the SD card only will not work, you need the expansion memory DIMM.Last edited by KopyKat; 02-18-2009, 04:27 PM.sigpic

Problem was in the NIC card, Since the 3260C can only work as a network printer...so...No network, no printer...Comment
