sp 4520dn jam just before exit only with main tray

Hoi,
Printing is fine with by pass.
With the main tray it jams just before exit.
Also main tray sometimes gives "add paper", when paper is present.

Agree check paper size and the back fence on the tray. I have seen them float back and cause add paper

I've been thinking about super gluing those paper size knobs, the trays are only used for one size paper in almost all cases.

I have found that the multi-gain micro switches that many Ricohs use to detect the position of those knobs can go flaky. Intermittent "Out of Paper" tends to indicate this as one of the position detects if the drawer is fully inserted.
