[Jamming] Ricoh MP7502 - FINISHER SR4060 jamming paper size A4U 240 x 330 mm

Hi there, last days MP allways jam A4U 240x330 mm paper in Finisher SR4060 entrance or Punch Unit (Without punch). Only when use DX mode un multicopy.

Clearly jamming occurs with 240mm width size with Transport Roller: Entrance: Upper (B804 2131) waving paper in some way.

Traying modify: Fusing temp, Fusing pressure. But Nothing work, or work temporarily.

Note: 235 mm width work fine.

Any idea?.

can you remove the punch unit from the finisher? sometimes some of these punch units their <<teeths>> causing jams and staples fall in there from users you will need to examine the unit better

this code say where in your machine have problem about paper jam

the OP should know how to find JAM CODES but seeing how it has been three weeks he is either:

1) not concerned with the problem

2) too busy to check back in for further suggestions

3) has fixed the issue and has not told us that he has rectified the issue

The rest of us here donate our time and knowledge and monies to keep the site running.
As far as your treatment of senior techs here, frankly you got what you deserve due to you attitude.
You claim to be a "professional"
START acting like it.. many of us have 20+ years in the industry and have been factory trained in multiple brands.
