Damn, and I thought pulling 2-3 sheets through was a pain. I don't really see that many going through at once. Yes, has everything been replaced that will affect double-feeding, like all feed, pu & sep, torque limiters, etc? I am not looking at that exact feed system now, but most Ricoh's used the DPF system, as most manufacturers do, and unless something got damaged-bent, etc., I'd look at a bad torque limiter or something.

IIRC there is a tab or lever on the paper drawer that engages the reverse roller. Make sure the lever is not cracked, bent or otherwise damaged and the reverse roller is indeed moving up into the proper position.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

Check if the gears on the feed station are ok.

I found one where one of the teeth on the gear which drives the sep drive had lost a few teeth. This meant the sep roller would not always turn so cauing intermittent jamming. Due to the design of these machines if someone decides to clear a jam sometimes the teeth will be damaged.

Turing on free run and engaging the clucth with tray one out sould show up any problem here.
