when selecting scanner option i get a messageNO HDD IS AVAILIABLE FOR THIS FUNCTION. CANNOT STORE. SET ORIGINAL AND SELECT TWAIN SETTINGS FROM P.C. I SWAPPED HDDS ERROR SAME. do we have bad controller board am not sure. ok have printer scan option

you can also get a similar malfunction when adding print/scan functions and you use the original 20g hd. needs to be 40g or larger jpIT IS BETTER TO REMAIN QUIET AND BE THOUGHT A FOOL
