The new Fuser are not tested, there Is a bit probability that could be defeated...May be damaged by transport....happen
Put the old Fuser inside, and follow the flow that slimslob have send to you to reset the SC.
    And update the thead.

NO. It is only in the C2003/C2503 (D176/D177} manual. I checked the C3003 manual and the C3003 troubleshooting guide already. Put a request in the appropriate Forum for requesting manuals and someone might send one to you, free of charge.

Mine are all in English. The critical things are the pictures in the troubleshooting section.

                    [QUOTE=printertnc;n1567796][QUOTE=slimslob;n1567784]

Before changing the fuser I didn't have SC 549-04 error
There was only the error of replacing the fuser, given that it had reached the end of its life.
This error SC 549-04 appeared after installing the new one.
The problem is that even if I put the old one back, I get the same error.
                    :-(
I just changed the final plastic piece.

Fit the original fuser unit back & reset the PM counter this will get the device up & running again.

                      Good evening everyone
                      Will update
It works with the old fuser, if I put the new one on, I get this continuous whistling sound.
                      What could it be?
I tried to insert it even without the plastic underneath, but I still get this absurd whistle, if I put the old one on it works.
I no longer have SC errors

                        Good morning
I was noticing, but is it normal for the fuse to be missing in the fuser of the 3003 that I received?
Unfortunately the supplier won't change it for me, I have to make do on my own.

Ricoh often tapes it to the bottom of the box. When you are replacing due to PM count, you don't need it. Most Ricoh techs just rebuild the fusing unit with a new sleeve assembly and pressure roller. However avoid anyone who tries to sell you just the sleeve. You will spend a lot of time getting the lamps into the new sleeve as I found out when a junior tech order the wrong sleeve assembly, 220 volt lamps instead of 110. I had to get the customer operational.

I attach the video with the problem

I only replaced the plastic part of the 2003 fuser with the 3003 one that arrived.
After this noise error 549-04 appears
                            Any suggestions are well accepted
Could the fuser that arrived be defective?
