cannot log in web image monitor ricoh mp301

Hello everyone ! I have a ricoh mp301 that i cannot log in the web image monitor and i cannot change anything at the interface settings although i've done 5846-46, turned 5828-91 to 1 and 5985 to 1. Any ideas ? Thank you in regard.

Is it that you cannot login or get an error when you try to access the device. If the latter, try accessing as a HTTPS:// device and not a HTTP:// device. Someone for some reason may have created a device certificate.

so you've done 5846-046, but there's no mention of you then logging in as supervisor in order to reset the Administrator p/w, and then logging in as administrator to turn off all administrator authentication settings which are preventing you from changing any system settings

Try a different browser & as always make sure the fw is the latest.

You can reach the WIM interface, but log in won't work, or you even fail to reach the WIM?
The printing and scanning functions are both working?
Is it connected with a lan cable or usb?
Is it apple or windows installed?
Did you tried firefox internet explorer?

I cannot even reach the WIM, printing and scanning works, it is connected with lan cable, windows installed and yes tried firefox too but I can't reach WIM either

are you sure you are using the right IP address?
Which ip address is it?

I didn't put this ip, someone else did it and after this cause they brought it to me
